## Vision

Portal should be self-teaching. A new being (human or daemon) runs △ init and gets walked through the essentials: pulse, search, cards. Help should point to this, and should not advertise commands that don't exist yet.

## Gaps

- [ ] bo-001: Init guide command — △ init or △ guide runs a step-by-step first experience. Shows pulse, demonstrates search, pulls a card. Interactive or sequential. - [ ] bo-002: Help points to init — △ help should mention △ init at the top for new beings. "First time? Try △ init." - [ ] bo-003: Hide or mark unimplemented commands — △ pillars, △ tree, △ spheres are listed in help but return "not yet implemented." Either hide them or add a (planned) tag.
